Security Guard Got Assaulted By Urinating Man In Car Park

An active security guard was taken to Royal Perth Hospital after he was assaulted for telling a man that he was not allowed to urinate in public.

Right after midnight police were at the the Riverton Leisure Complex after reports of a crowd of about a group of 50 people fighting outside the venue.

A 54-year-old security guard who was working a function at the centre and approached a man who was urinating in the car park and asked him to move on when the offender has punched the guard to the face, causing him to fall backwards and hit the back of his head.

The security guard was treated for minor injuries.
